The Concierge Hours are Monday thru Friday 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, If you call after normal operating hours your call will be routed to the answering service, if the call is to report an emergency situation, the answering service will contact Bill Veal. For non emergency calls, the answering service will forward the message on the next business day.
